Responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Directly supervises staff accountants and bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.Tax Manager / Senior Accountant
Leads tax preparation and advisory functions, supervises tax staff, and handles complex tax matters.Audit/Assurance Manager (optional, if audit offered)
Manages assurance engagements, compliance reviews, and quality control.

Staff Accountants (2–5)
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statement prep, and client support under the Controller’s supervision.Tax Accountants / Preparers (1–3)
