1. Top Leadership

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
    Provides overall strategic direction, client acquisition, partnerships, and firm growth.

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
    Oversees financial strategy, firm profitability, and high-level client advisory services. Works closely with the CEO on growth and investment planning.

2. Core Management

  • Controller
    Responsible for financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Directly supervises staff accountants and bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.

  • Tax Manager / Senior Accountant
    Leads tax preparation and advisory functions, supervises tax staff, and handles complex tax matters.

  • Audit/Assurance Manager (optional, if audit offered)
    Manages assurance engagements, compliance reviews, and quality control.

3. Operational Team

  • Staff Accountants (2–5)
    Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statement prep, and client support under the Controller’s supervision.

  • Tax Accountants / Preparers (1–3)
    Focus on business and personal tax returns, compliance filings, and tax planning.

  • Payroll Specialists (1–2)
    Manage payroll processing, filings, and client support for employee-related accounting needs.

4. Support & Technology

  • ERP & Systems Consultant (1–2)
    Specializes in NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, or Acumatica implementations, supporting clients with system setup and automation.

  • Administrative Assistant / Office Manager
    Provides client onboarding, scheduling, billing, and HR support for the firm.

  • IT & Cybersecurity Specialist (optional, part-time/outsourced)
    Oversees data protection, accounting system security, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
